Return policy

NUR accepts returns of stock pieces within 30 days of receipt, provided the piece is unworn and returned in its original packaging with all certificates.

Bespoke commissions, engraved pieces, and rings that have been resized are non-returnable. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receipt at the atelier and reach the original payment method within a further 5 working days.
